小紅的 819 終於可以不用再委曲求全了。


UST 的好處，可以說都是源自於它的低胎壓，如防蛇咬、更佳的路感、循跡性，甚至聽過它可抵掉一吋後避震的說法。但在 這篇網路文中 提到了一個我從沒想過的觀點，減少滾動阻力。

[ 國王的演說 ]

記得小時候，只要家裡有長輩來訪，就會有種「挫在等」的 FU 由腳底竄上來。是的，想叫人就偏叫不出來，越叫不出來就越急，越急又越叫不出來。我承認，林悲就是「先天語言表達不良症侯群」俗稱口吃的帶原者。所以，口吃者的難為我懂，我真的懂。

這次口吃的主角面對的場面更大、壓力更重，他是聯合王國及其海外治領的國王、愛爾蘭國王、印度皇帝，現任英女王伊莉莎白二世的老爸-喬治六世陛下。

片中，喬治六世克服了口吃的恐懼，對全英國人發表了參戰演說，其於二戰時期的戰時演說，更被認為是凝聚英國人撐過戰亂的精神支柱。其實，這種故事格局我以為沒那麼值得看的，倒是演員演得動人，口吃得好啊！


下面是網路上找到柯林佛斯在 The King's Speech 和喬治六世當年的演說原音比對。稍經修飾，在前半段口音和語調幾乎一個樣。




當然也有很多人質疑本片的精確度，尤其喬治六世口吃的程度。網路上就有這樣的討論，歷史學家 Andrew Roberts 就說了 "his stutter wasn't anything like as bad as the film depicts. In fact, it was relatively mild, and when he was concentrating hard on what he was saying it disappeared altogether"，電影導演 Tom Hooper 也承認擔心反差不夠大而帶不起高潮。

由這支被稱為 King George VI stammering in a 1938 speech 的影片可以來看看喬治六世的症頭輕或重。在 2:53, 3:32 真著實讓人捏把冷汗，其他數不清的停停頓頓就不提了。此演說是發生於1938年在蘇格蘭為帝國博覽會開幕，也就是已經接受 Lionel Logue 治療十多年後的成果了。




最後附上喬治六世1939年第一次戰時演說全文。

"In this grave hour, perhaps the most fateful in our history, I send to every household of my peoples, both at home and overseas, this message, spoken with the same depth of feeling for each one of you as if I were able to cross your threshold and speak to you myself.

For the second time in the lives of most of us we are at war. Over and over again we have tried to find a peaceful way out of the differences between ourselves and those who are now our enemies. But it has been in vain. We have been forced into a conflict. 電影中柯林佛斯好像沒唸到最後一句。

老闆說是競標豆來的，Google 了一下這支豆子，評價相當高，杯測分數高過大有名氣的耶加雪夫，淪落到我這咖啡雛兒手裡，算它的不幸？


先看看專家怎麼說....

Aromatically, Nigusie Lemma has it "all going on", as the kids say, or used to say. The dry Fragrance* is exploding with fruit ...fill-the-room kind of fruit aromatics. Peach and plum are the dominant fruit notes, with mango as well. It's flamboyantly sweet, a heady, slightly winey and somewhat rustic sweetness, raw brown sugar, and even a suggestion of beef broth. The break* is very sweet, fruited with plum and dry berry, as well as toasted coconut and cocoa powder roast tones.The cup is peaches, right off the bat, canned peaches in syrup. After a small temperature drop, other fruits emerge. Again, mango along with dried apricot. In a slightly darker roast I had berry, but more like a blueberry toaster waffle, well done.The mouthfeel is thin on the initial slurp, but as it passes off the palate it thickens, with a waxy slickness, an almond oil quality.The finish has Brazil nut, and the fruits turn toward a tropical fruit salad mix; pineapple, peach, guava, lychee, banana.

Dry Fragrance：In the cupping procedure for tasting and scoring coffee, this is the smell of the dry, ground coffee before hot water is added. The term fragrance is used since it is normally applied to things we smell but do not consume (perfume, for example), whereas aroma is usually applied to foods and beverages.

Break：In coffee cupping, the "breaking of the crust" of floating grounds, part of aromatic evaluation. You add water to the coffee grounds, filling the cup, and wait 4 minutes. At this point there is still a crust of floating coffee grinds. You put your nose right above the cup and "break" this crust by stirring it with the spoon. The grinds sink, and the coffee can be tasted anywhere from 5-15 minutes after the break.

再來是外行不負責任喝後亂亂評﹝Of Course，不會出現什麼桃、李、芒果、花.. 等字眼出現。因為，喝不ㄘ來﹞：

首先，豆子一磨下去，散發出的香氣相當圓潤厚實，有很濃的「烤什麼？」的味道﹝不知如何形容，就像剛烤完東西的烤爐或烤箱那樣的氣息吧！﹞，這點讓我相當意外，原以為以豆性和烘焙度﹝淺﹞來說，氣味不會如此濃郁才對。假掰一點，「嗯.. 這味道很有深度」。

入口觸碰到舌尖的那個 Moment，靠！真的是甜的，含在口中後慢慢轉酸，不是很刺激的酸，是很柔很舒服的酸，帶著很足的甘味，或許一開始的甜就是這樣來的。

咖啡下肚後，口腔內居然沒有咖啡及一絲的焦味殘留，喝下的是咖啡嗎？就像剛喝下高山茶一樣清新，感覺起來可以撐很久不喝水。

冷掉後喝，酸轉強沒了甘，當然也不甜了，多了一點苦，飲畢口腔芬芳依然。


一句話總結，「我又沖了第二杯」呵呵。

發現林悲特重 Portable Wi-Fi hotspot？

這功能是 Android 2.2 才新加的。因為 Kindle 惱人的 Wi-Fi 只接受 Hotspot﹝AP﹞Mode，而 Android 上的 Wifi Tether App 幾乎都是 Ad-hoc﹝P2P﹞Mode，連 S60 上的 JoikuSpot 也不例外，所以....

看著老友的里程碑刷了 G.O.T 2.2.1 後，一副此生了無遺憾之態，我默默地淌下了幾滴男兒淚，在心底。

[ To-Do List ]

To-Do List，也就是通常在個人資訊管理中的代辦事項，早年的 PDA 說穿了也就是由 Calendar、Contacts、To-Do List 這些主要功能所組成。現在，有一個 App 將 To-Do List 昇華到不同的境界，給了它另一個形而上的分身及詮釋。

有了智慧手機﹝這裡談 Android﹞，的確豐富也簡化了人們﹝指有智慧的人﹞的生活。例如 Places Directory 配合定位服務，讓我們可以快速得到最近的便利商店、加油站、餐館.. 等資訊；Anobiit 可以直接由手機掃描 ISBN 取得書本資訊、比價，並整合至 aNobii 個人網路書櫃；Key Ring Reward Cards 將所有條碼式卡片存進手機，出門時一機在手，再不用到處背ID號給別人聽.... 而我要提的 Porn Video 這支 App，攤白講，不過是支不入流的看x片前端程式，然 其動機之偉大、立意之創新，卻深深地震撼了我，久久難平。




初看應用程式說明時，我笑了。但在笑的背後，是一份崇高的敬意。「在手機上看x片，這個程式將被密碼保護，且在手機主畫面上捷徑顯示此為代辦事項，決不會被你老婆發現，也不會在瀏覽器留下記錄」




我甚至發現，離開程式後也查不到它曾經被開啟的痕跡﹝通常長按 Android 手機的 Home 鍵會顯示最近被開啟過的6~8個應用程式﹞，這一切的一切，都只為了更貼近使用者需求，而這份細膩而柔軟的心意，不正是曾經偉大的 NOKIA 不時強調的「科技始終來自於人性」，再者「Connecting People」的訴求更是在每一支影片中被反覆檢驗﹝裡面的 People 確實都不停地在 Connecting，我可以證明﹞。平凡如我之中年阿宅，又怎能不為它所懾服。

在賞片的這一刻，我哭了。


To-Do List 代表的將不只是完成不了的工作，它可以是令人歡愉的、興奮的、歇斯底里的，它可以是 Anything, Everything.
